Study Design & Instrument Programming
We work with you to finalise the data collection instruments and programme them onto our digital platforms — with skip logic, validation rules, and GPS integration built in.
ADRI operates one of Uganda's most experienced field research networks — capable of deploying trained enumerators, supervisors, and field coordinators across urban, peri-urban, and rural settings at short notice. We specialise in large-scale quantitative surveys, qualitative data collection, and mixed-methods field studies.
Our teams are trained in ethical data collection practices, digital data entry, and quality assurance protocols — ensuring that the data we collect is accurate, complete, and fit for analysis. We use industry-standard digital data collection platforms — including ODK, SurveyCTO, and CSPro — with real-time dashboards that allow us to monitor field progress and data quality throughout the collection period.

We develop the sampling framework, conduct household listing where required, and map field zones to ensure representative, efficient coverage.
We recruit and train enumerators and supervisors specific to your study — covering the instrument, protocols, ethics, and quality standards.
Field teams deploy with digital devices and real-time connectivity where available. Supervisors conduct field spot checks and back-checks daily.
All submitted data is reviewed for completeness, consistency, and quality. Queries are resolved in the field before collection closes.
Clean, labelled datasets are delivered in your preferred format — SPSS, Stata, Excel, or CSV — along with a fieldwork report documenting the collection process.
