About

Rashid Ahimbisibwe brings over 8 years of specialised experience in social science research, programme design, and strategic planning — with a particular focus on value chain analysis, educational research, and monitoring and evaluation.

He holds a Master of Education in Policy, Planning and Management from Kyambogo University, a Master of Management Studies in Monitoring & Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute, and undergraduate qualifications in Social Sciences and Education from Makerere University.

Rashid has a strong track record in training researchers, government officials, and development sector stakeholders in research methodologies — and has led complex multi-stakeholder value chain studies for some of Uganda's most prominent agricultural and development organisations. He contributes research design, M&E, and programme management expertise to ADRI's engagements.
